MAN ARRESTED AFTER BRANDISHING FIREARM, EXPOSING SEXUAL ORGANS

On May 22, 2020 Deputy Daniel Jones Jr. arrested 25-year-old convicted felon, Bradley Dewayne Eibach (DOB:4/26/1995) after he battered multiple people and exposed his sexual organs to a juvenile, while in possession of marijuana and a handgun at the Salt Springs Recreational Complex over the holiday weekend.

Multiple witnesses reported a physical disturbance at Salt Springs Recreational Complex in the natural spring area after the suspect, Bradley Dewayne Eibach, exposed himself to a juvenile, made threats against victims in the area, while spitting on them and brandished a handgun. Eibach also made threats to shoot the victims in the area. Staff at Salt Springs Recreational Complex ushered victims in the area behind a building to take cover. When deputies arrived on scene, they found Eibach walking towards the camping area. Deputies ordered Eibach to the ground in an attempt to take him into custody. He was initially non-compliant, but eventually tossed the handgun he was holding away from him and Sergeant Jared Shealy was able to safely take him into custody.

Eibach was charged with two counts of Battery Touch or Strike, one count of Possession of a Weapon or Ammo by a Convicted Florida Felon, one count of Indecent Exposure of Sexual Organs, and one count of Possession of Marijuana Less than 20 Grams. Eibach was transported to the Marion County Jail, where he is still being held. Eibach’s bail was set at $20,000.00. The bond breakdown is as follows: $13,000 for Possession of a Weapon or Ammo by a Convicted Florida Felon, $1,500.00 for Indecent Exposure of Sexual Organs, $2,000 for each count of Battery Touch or Strike, and $1,500.00 for Possession of Marijuana Less than 20 grams.
